2019年11月9日~11日,由中国仪器仪表学会、中国仪器仪表学会微纳器件与系统技术分会、清华大学主办,汉威科技集团、郑州大学共同承办的第十三届微米纳米技术创新与产业化国际论坛(ICMAN 2019)在郑州国际会展中心成功举办。

150多名学者、领导、嘉宾相聚郑州,围绕论坛主题“智能传感器与系统”深度聚焦微纳传感器发展,进行学术交流和产业推广,促进微米纳米技术创新与产业化。

吉林大学电子科学与工程学院院长卢革宇,苏州大学机器人与微系统研究中心主任孙立宁,汉威科技集团股份有限公司董事长任红军,山东大学信息科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师陶继方,郑州大学教授、博士生导师单崇新分别作主旨报告。

吉林大学电子科学与工程学院院长,集成光电子学国家重点实验室主任,吉林大学学术委员会副主任委员卢革宇作了题为《环境气体传感器》的主旨报告。他在报告中详细介绍了基于固体电解质和氧化物敏感电极的混成电位型气体传感器的电极材料设计与制备、三相反应界面构建与优化、传感机理以及在移动污染源监控中的应用。同时,详细讲解了氧化物半导体气体传感器的传感材料微纳结构调控、第二组分掺杂与复合以及在大气环境监测中的应用。

苏州大学机器人与微系统研究中心主任,苏州大学机电工程学院院长,教授,博士生导师孙立宁在主旨报告中详细分析了微纳制造发展趋势。他介绍称,近年来,微纳制造技术得到飞跃性发展,从理论、设计、工艺到封装、系统开发和应用都形成了独特方法,形成了关键技术和核心产品。微纳制造技术正在向信息、医疗、能源、环境领域迅速发展,并催生出一批新兴产业。

汉威科技集团股份有限公司董事长任红军在主旨报告中详细论述了微纳时代传感器的产业发展探索。他指出,微纳技术的发展给传感器行业带来新的机遇和挑战。高性能传感器是保障流程工业安全运行的重要基础。

山东大学信息科学与工程学院教授、博士生导师陶继方从纳米光机械系统传感器的设计理论出发,详细介绍了基于集成光子技术的微型气体传感器的技术特点和研究进展。

郑州大学教授、博士生导师单崇新在主旨报告中对《金刚石:从超硬材料到功能材料》这一主题进行了重点阐述和分析。他指出,金刚石由于其出色的硬度性质,在精密加工、磨具磨料、矿山开采、石油钻探等国民经济核心领域有重要应用。

华中科技大学教授、博士生导师刘欢在本次论坛上主要针对半导体气体传感器与集成进行论述。她表示,目前已针对传统半导体气体传感器制备和工作温度高对降低功耗、提高集成度的制约,围绕“气敏效应产生与调控”科学问题,构建出基于量子点气敏效应的新型传感器并取得工程化应用,拓展了低功耗半导体气体传感器研究体系与技术途径。

高胜国

郑州炜盛电子科技有限公司技术部经理高胜国在报告中详细阐述了MEMS气体传感器技术及应用。他介绍称,MEMS气体传感器,提升了传感器的制作水平,拓宽了传感器的应用领域。今后,随着CAD技术、MEMS技术、信息理论及数据分析算法的继续向前发展,未来的传感器系统必将变得更加微型化、综合化、多功能化、智能化和系统化。

张珽

中科院苏州纳米技术与纳米仿生研究所研究员,博士生导师张珽作了题为《基于微/纳米结构的可伸缩传感电子》的主题报告。他分享了近年来在多功能柔性可延展仿生传感结构设计、柔性纳米智能材料体系创新、可穿戴智能系统集成和应用等方面取得的研究进展。

李鹏

清华大学精密仪器系副教授李鹏在主题报告环节对单晶二维材料微纳器件进行了详细阐述。他表示,经过研究论证,单晶石墨烯在NEMS领域具有巨大潜力。此外,单晶二维材料在肿瘤标记物检测领域具有巨大潜力。

大连理工大学机械学院教授、博士生导师褚金奎在本次主题报告中详细介绍了课题组有关微夹钳的拓扑结构设计,尺寸优化以及不同材质的一体化微夹钳的MEMS制作工艺等方面的研究进展。

国家特聘专家,北京化工大学信息科学与技术学院院长俞度立在主题报告中介绍了MEMS数字检波器的技术开发及其在能源资源行业的应用,以及北京化工大学信息学院在单细胞微流控芯片精准分析诊断系统的研究进展和部分成果。

苏州大学纳米科学与技术学院教授、博士生导师、副院长孙旭辉作了题为《基于摩擦纳米发电机和阻抗匹配效应的自供电传感》的主题报告。

有研工程技术研究院-智能传感功能材料国家重点实验室,MEMS传感器研究所所长明安杰作主题报告:硅基混合纳米结构SERS芯片开发及痕量残留检测应用探索。他分析称,具有高灵敏度和可重复性的表面增强拉曼光谱 (SERS) 芯片是高精度甚至分子级检测应用的理想选择。

苏州大学教授,博士生导师郭述文在本次论坛详细分析了几种MEMS惯性传感器制作工艺流程及优缺点。

OMMIC总裁助理徐卉在论坛上详细分析了微纳技术在5G通讯以及MEMS智能传感方向的市场、发展及相关应用。

南方科技大学副教授汪飞在主旨报告中详细阐述了用于自供能传感的微型能量收集技术,着重介绍能量采集器的原理、关键材料特性、MEMS加工工艺及其测试电路。

易度传感创始人、CEO薛永亮在论坛上主要介绍了基于MEMS技术的智能振动传感器在工业监测领域的定位和应用,指出它既可以独立工作也可以多系统协同工作以达到多场景应用的功能,在现代工业物联应用方面扮演重要角色。

重庆科技学院教授,硕士生导师吴英作了题为《基于MEMS流量传感器的智能燃气表》的主题报告,详细介绍了基于MEMS流量传感器的燃气表研制及应用情况。

微米纳米技术创新与产业化国际论坛(ICMAN),是由中国仪器仪表协会主办的微米纳米技术领域系列高层论坛,为来自学术界和工业界的专家学者、企业家以及广大学生,提供一个促进微米纳米技术和传感器科研创新与产业化的深度交流契机,搭建一个产学研深度合作的重要平台。

迄今为止,已分别在苏州、西安、上海、深圳、北京、杭州、重庆等地连续举办十二届,取得了巨大成功和反响。

微米纳米技术“创新与产业化”科研成果转化学生大赛,由中国仪器仪表学会微纳器件与系统技术分会主办,与一年一度的第十三届微米纳米技术“创新与产业化”国际会议ICMAN2019在郑州同期举行。旨在鼓励在校本科及研究生将具有产业化潜力的研究成果进行展示和产业化策划,引导和激励年轻学子积极参与微米纳米技术创新与产业化事业。

报名须知

  1. 参赛人员必须是在校本科生和研究生(包括硕士和博士)。
  2. 学生可单独参赛,也可由所在课题组组队参赛;参赛需经导师同意,每个项目至少有一名导师参与。
  3. 参赛作品必须具有明确的应用背景和产业化潜力,不接收纯粹的基础研究成果报名,不评审纯理论研究成果;参赛作品必须是在校期间的研究成果且拥有自主知识产权。
  4. 可登陆分会网站或会议网站了解大赛详细信息并下载学生大赛报名表,参照报名表标准提交参赛作品,大赛组委会将组织业内专家预审,入围作品将在ICMAN2019大会进行终审,评选出的优秀作品将由中国仪器仪表学会微纳器件与系统技术分会颁发获奖证书及现金奖励,并在分会网站公布获奖信息。
